Oneway Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are committed on spreading wisdom, kindness and compassion to our communities. We focus on the health and growth of one's body and mind, by several different ways such as meditation retreat and weekend workshop. On top of that, we would like to devote to education and the planting of good seeds into our kids, growing up with kids with mindfulness and patient. We look forward on developing respectful and grateful young adults for the communities.
Our goal is to share mindfulness, love and kindness with wisdom to have a positive influence on society. We aim to promote positive ways for youth and young adults to face life and their difficulties. We will accomplish this by empowering them with the practice of mindfulness to obtain wisdom, compassion, and kindness. On top of that we also organize corporate meditation retreat and workshop program to gain ones inner peace and insight clarity.
Ven. Pannāsiri was ordained in Myanmar in 2011, where he studied and practiced Traditional Vipassanā Meditation under the guidance of the learned meditation masters Ven. Chanmyay Sayādaw.
After completing five Rain Retreats in Myanmar,
Ven. Pannāsiri began sharing Traditional Vipassanā Meditation in 2014 and has been invited as an honored teacher to several cities in China, Japan and the United States.
Sukhi studied and practiced Traditional Vipassanā Meditation with Ven. Pannāsiri since 2018.
She has accumulated over 7,500+ hours of noble silence Traditional Vipassanā Meditation practice. Also, she has been leading and sharing mindfulness programs for corporations, summer camp, and entrepreneurs.
The ancient Vipassana Meditation is an exploration of the inner-self, a discovery of the root cause, a dissolution of ignorance, and above all, wisdom emerging from the release of attachment.
